It starts with sour cream, then you add dry ranch dip, parmesan cheese, fresh basil, orange and red bell peppers, and green onions. You can serve this with potato chips or crackers, but it’s also excellent on veggie dippers.

I concocted this delicious dip for a Ladies’ craft party at our church several weeks ago. It turned out so wonderfully. It’s really hard to dislike anything with ranch dip and parmesan cheese! Parmesan Ranch Dip is really great as a snack for after school or on Saturdays when you’re in between ball games with your kids. It’s also great to bring along to any kind of potluck or party.

If you’re looking for E-A-S-Y, Parmesan Ranch Dip sure fits the bill. If you’re looking for T-A-S-T-Y, this dip is very satisfying in that regard, too! If you need to have something to whip up for guests to keep them happy until your meal is ready, this scrumptious dip will certainly S-A-T-I-S-F-Y!

Diane, why don’t you use picmonkey on your pictures? It’s free and you can lighten, sharpen, and touch up your pix with it as well as adding all kinds of cool stuff. It’s also really easy. I signed up for the royal membership and really love it. I will tell you that I have to take all my pix outside because inside pix are too dark. (Which means that yesterday I was outside in the howling winds and sometimes it’s freezing cold trying to get the best pictures!) I also have to adjust my camera setting to add the most possible light. I use the manual setting, F-8, 1600, and usually the automatic setting for the white balance although sometimes I have to use cloudy or shady. The colors seem to work best with the auto setting. I have a Canon Rebel TSi-5 or something like that. Those settings allow the most light and even then I still have to tinker with the picture by “brightening”, adding “saturation” and “warmth” or color to the tones. Seriously, if you’re not using it you should try it on a few of your pictures. You can also resize or crop the pix. That’s what I’m using to get all my pictures down to a good size so they don’t slow down the blog speed. Try it out and let me know what you think.
