Garden Vegetable Ranch Dip is simply awesome. This is a great dip for tailgating parties, potlucks and the Super Bowl. Who doesn’t love Ranch Dressing and especially Ranch Dressing in dips? I love it with potato casseroles, pasta salads and in coatings for chicken. Dry Ranch dressing mix can be used in lots of recipes to spectacular effect!

I needed a really quick and easy dip to serve with veggies and chips. I found this recipe on the back of the Hidden Valley Ranch Dips Mix package. This six-ingredient recipe is a cool and refreshing way to encourage your kids to eat their veggies! It provides a great treat for after school snacks or to take along to your kid’s soccer practice. If you need a quick dip for raw vegetables this is a nice option.
This is a wonderfully quick dip to put out for snacks when company is coming. Whether you’re watching football or hockey games on television, Garden Vegetable Ranch Dip should be on the menu. You and your family will love this lip-smacking recipe!
I originally published this recipe in July 2013. I was very new to taking pictures with my Canon camera at the time. I only ended up taking a couple of this recipe and relied totally on my inferior iPhone 3 or 4 at the time. The pictures were not particularly pleasing.
I recently remade this recipe (January 2020) for our college group one Sunday night. I served it with Sloppy Joe Pasta, Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread and a fruit platter. Our hostess also added a large salad. They cleaned us out of everything that night. I served the Garden Vegetable Ranch Dip with Ritz Crackers and Sun Chips. There was not a smidgeon of dip left. I got compliments all night about how much they enjoyed this recipe.
Garden Vegetable Ranch Dip is a light and refreshing dip that’s great with veggies, potato chips, or crackers.
I served this dip with Sun Chips, Ritz Crackers and veggies.
The dip is nice and thick. How can you go wrong when the recipe only calls for six ingredients?
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Place sour cream in a bowl. Add a packet of ranch dressing mix.
Stir ingredients well to combine.
Add diced green onions, tomatoes, drained, sliced ripe olives and diced red pepper.
Stir ingredients to combine.
To serve: Spoon Garden Vegetable Ranch Dip into an appetizer tray. Serve with your choice of veggie dippers.
Or serve with Ritz Crackers or Sun Chips.
This dip is nice and creamy tasting. It’s also a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies. Let them dip carrots, sugar snap peas, celery, zucchini, or other veggies in Garden Vegetable Ranch Dip!
Every bite will have you drooling.
Here’s the recipe.
