Hershey’s Nugget Peanut Butter Cookies
Hershey’s Nugget Peanut Butter Cookies are a sensational spin on Peanut Butter Cookies. While these cookies start with traditional Peanut Butter Cookie dough, I added chopped milk chocolate Hershey’s Nuggets (the ones without the almonds). The chocolaty peanut butter flavor was amazing.

We always have way too much candy on our hands. I usually refrigerate or freeze it to use it later. I had these two giant bags of Hershey’s Nuggets in my refrigerator and was trying to think of creative ways to use them. I settled on Hershey’s Nugget Cookies and these jewels for ways to use part of the nuggets. (I also have more recipes coming!)
Last month our church had a Kid’s Fest (carnival) at a local park. We provided lots of games, activities and food for the community. I recruited about 20-25 folks to bake homemade cookies. I made about a thousand cookies myself, and these Hershey’s Nugget Peanut Butter Cookies were one of about ten different kinds of cookies that I made for that festival. They were a real hit because who doesn’t enjoy chocolate and peanut butter together!
If you’re looking for a scrumptious way to enjoy Peanut Butter Cookies in the future, I highly recommend this recipe to get you salivating. The milk chocolate from the Hershey’s Nuggets (silver wrapper) makes these cookies delectable. But don’t just take my word for it. Give them a try yourself! Especially if you’re trying to get rid of Halloween or Christmas candy. 😉
Hershey’s Nugget Peanut Butter Cookies are amazing.
Peanut Butter Cookies are filled with milk chocolate Hershey’s Nuggets. Oh, yes!
Hershey’s Nugget Peanut Butter Cookies are great for tailgating parties and potlucks.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients. Hershey’s Nuggets come in four flavors. I used the ones that are milk chocolate without any almonds for this recipe.
Soften butter. Add sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour. Bleached flour toughens baked goods. Add chopped milk chocolate Hershey’s Nuggets.
Stir ingredients with a wooden spoon to combine.
Roll dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Press down very gently with a fork in criss-cross fashion.
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until done.
If you love Peanut Butter Cookies, you’ll love a little chocolate in them!
Lots of little bits of chocolate are spread throughout the cookie, so there’s chocolate and peanut butter in every bite.
Here’s the recipe.
