Cracked Out Bacon Turkey Rollups
Cracked Out Bacon Turkey Rollups are amazing, drool-worthy fare. No kidding. These tasty roll ups are filled with bacon and turkey in a delicious ranch-flavored, cheddar and cream cheese filling. Then they’re rolled up in spinach-flavored tortillas. Green onions add a little pop. I used nitrate-free, uncured bacon along with a turkey cooked at H-E-B that has no preservatives or fillers.

I also made my own Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix which I use ALL the time in recipes instead of purchasing the packets. I was going for the cleanest way I could make an otherwise absolutely delightful recipe. Really, who doesn’t love bacon in everything! 🙂
Several months ago I hosted a bridal shower for a friend’s daughter. I had several people bring food. One of the younger gals there made this delicious recipe. She also made another pinwheel recipe along with some Tuna Salad Sandwiches. I got both of the pinwheel recipes because I knew I would want to serve them sometime.
I made a couple of changes to Haley’s recipe. I thought it needed to be creamier so I added some Greek yogurt. Haley and already amped up the original recipe with the green onions and I thought that gave the recipe some needed zest. I served these rollups to our Friday night care group back in July when we had appetizer night. They turned out quite well. We had unexpected company a day or two later and I served them again. Everyone loved them.
If you’re looking for a scrumptious recipe to serve as a tailgating appetizer, to serve at a potluck or BBQ, or as a great dish for Labor Day weekend, then give Cracked Out Bacon Turkey Rollups a try. Everyone will be licking their lips because these pinwheels are finger-lickin’ good. 🙂
Cracked Out Bacon Turkey Rollups are the perfect appetizer for tailgating parties.
These rollups are great for snacks and school lunches too.
I used nitrate-free, preservative free bacon and turkey and Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix to keep this recipe cleaner.
Cracked Out Bacon Turkey Rollups are great to serve for baby or bridal showers, potlucks, backyard BBQs, family reunions or even office parties. Everyone loves them.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients. The glass measuring cup contains Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix.
Soften cream cheese. Add Greek yogurt, Homemade Ranch Dressing mix (or use a packet), diced green onions, cooked bacon and cheddar cheese.
Stir ingredients to combine.
Spread mixture on spinach wraps.
Add turkey. Place on only half of the tortilla or it becomes really hard to roll up.
Roll up tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
Before serving, slice off the ends and cut each tortilla in about 4-5 pieces. Place on platters to serve.
We served these delicious appetizers for our “Appetizers for Dinner” night back in July.
Cracked Out Bacon Turkey Rollups are great to make up and take to kid’s soccer practices.
When you have a busy week night or weekend, these are great to stash in the refrigerator and pull out when you want one.
Here’s the recipe.

Thanks for sharing the recipe, looks great and I can’t wait to try it. I have turkey in the fridg right now so I’m going to make it tonight. Can you tell me what I can sub for Greek yogurt, I don’t have any. Also is the calorie count for a whole tortilla or for the 1″ slice?

Hi, Margie. You can substitute mayo for the Greek yogurt, but it’s higher calories. I will try to add a nutrition info for that post later today. Thanks.
