Red Velvet White Chocolate Cookies
Red Velvet White Chocolate Cookies are sensational. Especially for a 4-ingredient cookie! Yes, that’s right. 4 ingredients. They are so easy to make and you don’t have to break the bank to do so. They start with a Red Velvet cake mix. Add real white chocolate chips–NOT vanilla chips, oil and eggs and you’re off and running.

I have to stock our freezers, which may be similar to that cooler on https://www.frippwarehousing.com/cooler/, regularly with home baked goods because my husband gives them out everywhere. Friends and associates love getting our homemade cookies or brownies.
When he told me the freezer was getting low, I decided to make a bunch of these easy cake mix cookies.
Without exception, everyone has loved them! They make delectable treats for young and old alike. We like to serve them for potlucks, tailgating parties or any time we have gatherings at our house.
Red Velvet White Chocolate Cookies are also terrific for the holidays. If you’re having a holiday, Christmas or Valentine’s party, these are the cookies to bring. They’re so easy, you can have a whole batch made in less than 30 minutes! Now that’s what I call wonderful. 🙂
Red Velvet White Chocolate Cookies are amazing.
I love the fact that these cookies only have 4 ingredients!
If you enjoy Red Velvet and chocolate, you’ll love these easy cookies.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Pour Red Velvet cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil.
Stir ingredients to combine.
Add white chocolate chips. NOT vanilla chips.
Stir ingredients again to combine.
Roll cookie dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheets. (I had to keep my hands slightly moist while rolling).
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes or until done.
Red Velvet White Chocolate Cookies make delicious treats for holiday or special occasion parties.
These are great for tailgating parties and potlucks, too.
This cookie is a chocolate lover’s delight!
