These cookies are terrific for holiday or tailgating parties. They’re especially good for Christmas Cookie Exchanges. You can have a batch ready to go in about 30 minutes. They’re quick, easy and so much fun to make. Kid-friendly, too. Two years ago I made Strawberry and Gingerbread flavored cake mix cookies for Christmas. Yes, indeed, they are scrumptious.
By now, you know I have more than a dozen cake mix cookie recipes. All of them have turned out fantastic. If you don’t have a lot of time for holiday baking this year, may I recommend these amazing flavors? Carrot Cake, Lemon, Red Velvet, Spice, Chocolate Butter Pecan, Cherry Chocolate, Cherry, Pina Colada, Butter Pecan, German Chocolate, Almond Joy, Triple Fudge, Rainbow Chip and Funfetti. I have a few more that I’ve yet to post. While most of these cookies include white chocolate chips, there are a few that contain regular semi-sweet chocolate chips.
We have had more feedback from folks on our simple cake mix cookies than just about any other cookie or brownie recipe! When I tell folks they only have four or five ingredients, or that they begin with a cake mix, they hardly believe me. You wouldn’t think that cake mix can provide the right texture. All I can say is they’re so delightful, you just want to keep popping one into your mouth. No kidding.
Chocolate M&M Cake Mix Cookies should be on your Christmas Cookie Baking List this year. Everyone will swoon. And you don’t have to tell them how easy they are to make, or that they have only four ingredients. It’s our secret. I won’t tell. 🙂
Chocolate M&M Cake Mix Cookies are utterly scrumptious.
