Marshmallow Fruit Dip
Gluten Free Living – 2020
Marshmallow Fruit Dip is divine! This luscious three-ingredient dip is a terrific appetizer for any potluck or tailgating party. I served it with several kinds of fruit: strawberries, bananas, apples and blackberries. I also tossed in some Pepperidge Farm Milano Double Dark Chocolate Cookies. All were wonderful dippers for this sweet dip.

Our Friday night care group had a Christmas party the second week in December. We went to a few other homes (instead of personally hosting). Since we were having Tex Mex, I brought a Mexican Corn Casserole. I also made one of my favorite salad recipes. For an appetizer, I made this scrumptious fruit dip. It was a big hit.
Most people who tried it couldn’t believe it only used three ingredients! The cream cheese, marshmallow creme and cinnamon whip up together into one fantastic dip for fruit. Quite frankly, I think it would be good served with wavy potato chips too! The sweet and salty combo would be awesome. Just saying…..
I got this recipe from a neighbor who lives one block over from us. This was in her self-published cookbook that she made for her kids and grandkids. As soon as I saw it, I knew I needed to give this recipe a try. Every recipe I’ve gotten from Linda has turned to gold! She is an incredibly spectacular Cajun cook. My does she have some great recipes. Everyone was delighted with this one.

Marshmallow Fruit Dip is spectacular.
Spread a little onto a plate and add fruit dippers, cookies or graham crackers.
I liked it with Pepperidge Farm’s Milano Double Dark Chocolate Cookies.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Soften cream cheese. Add to a mixing bowl with marshmallow creme and cinnamon.
Mix ingredients with an electric mixer to combine.
Spoon dip into a party tray. Add fruit, cookies, graham crackers or even potato chips!
Marshmallow creme makes this one drool-worthy appetizer or dessert.
The cinnamon gives just the right amount of zest to this simple and amazing recipe.
Dip and enjoy!
