Hot Feta Artichoke Dip is absolutely mouthwatering and irresistible. This lovely hot dip is one of the best appetizers you’ll ever eat. It’s an easy six-ingredient recipe that uses artichokes, pimientos, feta cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese and garlic. You can keep the dip gluten free if you use veggie dippers or gluten free crackers. For that matter, eat it by the spoonful!

My sister-in-law made this dip for us probably a decade ago. We were visiting her in Florida and she made this for a holiday dinner. I’ve had the recipe so long, but finally got around to making it. I was so glad I did, because this recipe is something special. Every bite had me licking my chops!
I took it, along with Caramelized Jalapeno Bacon Twists to a high school graduation party for some of our friends. A lot of those attending are used to sampling my goodies. I got several fantastic reviews from this tasty appetizer. While I served it with bagel chips, you can use specialty crackers or whatever you prefer to serve it with. If you enjoy hot dips, this one is really fabulous.

Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Place Feta cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, mayonnaise, pimientos and garlic in a mixing bowl.
Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
Spoon mixture into a 9-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with bagel chips, specialty crackers or veggie dippers.
This appetizer was marvelous with Caramelized Jalapeno Bacon Twists.
This easy recipe can be whipped up in about 5 minutes. Then bake and enjoy.

HOT FETA ARTICHOKE DIP
(Recipe adapted from my sister-in-law, DeEtte Amspaugh, Safety Harbor, FL)
Hot Feta Artichoke Dip
Equipment
- 1 9-inch pie plate
- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
- 1 sharp knife to mince garlic
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 wooden spoon
Ingredients
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained, chopped
- 8 oz. pkg. feta cheese crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 2 oz. jar pimientos diced and drained
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
- Spoon mixture into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350˚ for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Makes 2 cups.
- To make ahead: prepare as directed except for baking.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350˚ for 30–35 minutes or until lightly browned.
