Pina Colada Dump Cake Cobbler
Can you have too many Dump Cake recipes? Never! Pina Colada Dump Cake Cobbler is another no-fail recipe that just can’t be beat. I included a pineapple cake mix, pineapple pie filling and chunk pineapple, along with coconut and nuts. This dessert just explodes with pineapple flavor. I used walnuts but macadamia nuts would be just as nice. Top it off with a cherry and you’re good to go. 🙂

I made this easy recipe to accompany a meal I made for friends in early January. She had a squamish cell carcinoma removed from the top of her head. I sent along a Creamy Chicken Sausage Vegetable Chowder, Jalapeno Bacon Cornbread and this scrumptious dessert. They eat just about anything, but they really loved this meal. What’s not to love about Pina Colada flavors?
