I love Thanksgiving. I’ve always enjoyed making casserole side dishes or humongous big breakfasts! Savory Thanksgiving Brunch Ideas is a collection of 86 savory breakfast ideas that work for just about any kind of buffet or breakfast spread for Thanksgiving, Christmas or even other special occasions.

I’ve included a section for biscuits, rolls and specialty breads. This section is included because so many people enjoy biscuits or rolls with either Sausage, bacon or ham and cheese included (like breakfast sandwiches), or spread with honey, jams or preserves. There are a couple of cornbread recipes too, but not my full collection. How could I leave out Sausage Cornbread with a collection such as this? It just breathes breakfast!

I also have several Breakfast Burritos, Breakfast Muffins, Breakfast Skillets and Breakfast Casserole recipes. On top of that I have all kinds of potato and sausage recipes, quiches and savory pies, eggs and a few more.

Let me share a few of my favorites: Creamed Chipped Beef Over Biscuits has been a favorite for me since my sister made this when I was in high school. She got the recipe from her mother-in-law. If you enjoy making biscuits from scratch, it’s even better with homemade biscuits. Our favorite potato casserole is called “The Best Potato Casserole.” Ha, ha! Seriously, it’s a great dish for breakfast. I love the Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits any time, day or night!

I enjoy all of the Breakfast Muffins recipes. They can even be made up the night before and reheated the next day if necessary. The Sausage Cheese Croissant and the Breakfast Sausage Apple Pie are also faves we’ve enjoyed periodically over the years.
