I have another super easy 5-ingredient recipe for you today. Butter Pecan White Chocolate Cookie Cups. Yes, indeed! These delicious cookie cups include all the best flavors from a Butter Pecan Cake Mix, white chocolate chips (real white chocolate not vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips) and pecans. They bake up perfectly in miniature muffin tins. 🙂

I’ve always enjoyed the flavor of “Butter Pecan.” Whether in cake, brownies, cookies or in ice cream, its aways been one of my favorite dessert combinations. Back in September the stores were already setting up fall baking kiosks as well as for Halloween. I ended up buying about 15 boxes of Butter Pecan Cake Mix, figuring I would use them for holiday baking. I sure did! 🙂 I also purchased Gingerbread Cake Mix and Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix for our holiday baking this year. All of those 5-ingredient recipes turned out wonderfully.
These adorable cookie cups are so easy to put together, even your kids can do it. In about a half an hour, you can have a delectable dessert ready to go. Just pop the cookie cups out off the miniature muffin tins and add a heaping dollop of Butter Pecan ice cream if you desire. Truly, they’re everything you can want in a dessert if you’re able to enjoy nuts.
Butter Pecan White Chocolate Cookie Cups have a cookie-type texture. They are NOT cake-like or muffin-like in texture.
These will be a hit at any tailgating party.

This easy 5-ingredient recipe can be ready to serve in about 30 minutes!
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Pour Butter Pecan Cake Mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil.
Stir or whisk to combine.
Add REAL white chocolate chips, NOT vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips. Add pecans.
Stir to combine.
Grease muffin tins generously with cooking spray. Roll dough into balls and place in miniature muffin tins.
Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Rotate muffin pans on oven racks after 10 minutes of baking time.
Allow cookie cups to cool in muffin tins completely, before removing to serve.
You’ll be drooling over every bite. 🙂

BUTTER PECAN WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIE CUPS
(My own concoction)
Butter Pecan White Chocolate Cookie Cups
Equipment
- 1 24-tin miniature muffin tin
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 wooden spoon or whisk
- 1 nut chopper (if nuts are not previously chopped)
- measuring cups
Ingredients
- 15.25 oz. box Butter Pecan cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil or avocado oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips NOT vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips
- 1 cup pecans coarsely chopped (measure after chopping)
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, oil and eggs.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.
- Spray miniature muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Roll cookies into balls or scoop cookie dough with a small cookie scoop and place in prepared muffin pans.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Rotate muffin pans on oven racks half way through baking time.
