Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie Cups
These delicious Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie Cups are heavenly. After all, cranberries and white chocolate pair so well together. I have soooo many cookie, blondie, brownie and bar-type cookie recipes that I make with them. I’ve also made breads, cakes and pies with this amazing combination of flavors. Everything turns out so well.

After Christmas I found myself with several extra bags of dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. So I decided to use some of those extras with one of my favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes and swapped out cranberries for the pecans and white chocolate chips for regular chocolate chips. The combination was lethal! These cookie cups were magnificent. 🙂
I took them in for our Hostess Committee one Sunday morning at church in early January and everyone loved them. These cookie cups are rich, decadent and addictive! I baked them in regular-sized muffin tins and they baked up really well. Some of the cookie cups may sink a little in the middle while cooling. That’s normal because of the ratio between sugar and flour, but they’re better that way!
This dessert is excellent for tailgating parties, potlucks or any time you need an “on-the-go” snack! Enjoy.

Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups are delightful for tailgating parties and potlucks.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Place softened butter in a mixing bowl. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla extract.
Beat with an electric mixer until well mixed.
Add unbleached all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods). Add dried cranberries and real white chocolate chips (NOT vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips).
Stir ingredients really well to combine. This may take 4-5 minutes.
Scoop dough with a large cookie scoop and pack the dough into the scoop.
Spray miniature muffin tins with cooking spray. Drop scoops of cookie dough into the miniature muffin tins.
Bake cookies at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until cookies test done.
Allow cookie cups to cool in pans completely before removing to serving platters to serve.
Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie Cups are certainly festive and beautiful enough to make for the holidays, but you can purchase the ingredients all year round!
These are great snacks to munch on during soccer practice or hockey games! Share with the other parents–everyone will love them!
These delicious cookie cups will cure every sweet tooth craving.
