Blackberry Angel Trifle
Blackberry Angel Trifle is simply one of the BEST desserts you will ever eat! This lovely dessert uses only 5 ingredients and can be whipped up in about 10 minutes! Refrigerate it for a few hours and voila! You’re ready to serve it. It starts off with an Angel Food cake which is cut down into pieces. The cake is mixed with cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. That mixture is layered between cans of blackberry pie filling with a little more Cool Whip added on top for good measure! Toss a few fresh blackberries on top, if you desire.

Place softened cream cheese and powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.
Cream ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add whipped topping.
Beat again with an electric mixer until very well combined.

Place half of the Angel Food Cake mixture into a trifle dish.
Top with one can of blackberry pie filling.
Add remaining Angel Food Cake mixture over top of the pie filling.
Spread remaining can of blackberry pie filling over top.
Spread Cool Whip over the top. You probably won’t use up the whole container.
If desired, decorate with fresh blackberries over top. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
