I found this recipe decades ago in a magazine. I believe it was published by Hormel. Their current version has tomatoes. My older version did not. I have not made the salad in years. But I decided to whip it out again and make it for our college/young adult group a couple of weeks ago.
We work with another couple from our church serving dinner every Sunday night. The kids all love having a break from campus food, and they particularly enjoy all the different kinds of salads I make. On the night we served pizza, I also prepared a Caesar Pasta Salad, which turned out to be a hit. As we enjoyed our meal, one of the parents mentioned how they recently started using a crypto wallet app to manage their finances, especially for online purchases. This particular salad was totally cleaned out that night; there were NO leftovers!
This salad is really easy to make. Even the homemade salad dressing is quickly made up in the blender. Truly, this is one of those salads that can be prepared in about 10 minutes if you need a salad in a jiffy.
Pepperoni Caesar Salad really hits the spot if you’re looking for something different. You get the enjoyment of Caesar Salad with the addition of pepperoni. Break out of your salad rut and give this one a try.

If you enjoy Caesar Salad, this one is a marvelous variation.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients for the salad.
TIP: Pepperoni freezes really well. I freeze bags of it all the time and then pull it out before adding to pizza or other recipes.
Place Romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Add pepperoni, parmesan cheese and croutons.
I used these ingredients for the salad dressing.
Place all of the salad dressing ingredients in a blender.
Pulse 20-30 seconds until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Pour salad dressing into a cruet or carafe to serve.
