Banana White Chocolate Cookies
I have to admit, I love 4-ingredient cookie recipes. Banana White Chocolate Cookies is no exception. This recipe begins with a cake mix. Adding genuine white chocolate chips (not vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips) really ups the ante too. These easy cake mix cookies can be whipped up and completed in under 30 minutes. Plus, they’re really a delightful treat for the holiday season.

My husband called me from the store one day and asked if I would be interested in making my cake mix cookies with a Banana Cake Mix. I said absolutely. In fact, he found several new cake mix kinds I had not previously tried and grabbed them all!
I will say the Duncan Hines cake mixes don’t turn out quite as well as the Betty Crocker. They flatten out slightly more. There are two ways to solve this problem. Decrease the oil from 1/3 cup to 1/4 cup. Or, add about 1/4 cup of flour to the batter. Regardless, I let the cookies go as is. They did flatten out more than normal, but they still tasted outstanding.
I baked these cookies along with about six other kinds back in September. It was time to restock my freezers so I made up a couple of batches of these goodies. I wondered how banana flavored cake mix cookies would taste. They were actually rather delightful.
