Snickers Crisper Cookies
Snickers Crisper Cookies are adorable. These delightful cookies are made with the fun size packs of Snickers Candy Bars. They come with Snickers Peanut Butter, Snickers Almond, Snickers Crisper and original Snickers Candy Bars. Out of all the assorted Snickers Bars, Snickers Crisper are my favorite. They have some kind of crisped rice filler in them (a.k.a. Rice Krispies). They are outrageously delicious in my opinion.

My husband picked up bags and bags of Halloween candy when it was on close out. I think he bought 20 fun-size bags of Snickers alone. That did not include all the other bags of candy. I made up over 5,800 cookies for our Christmas cookie extravaganza this year. But after I’d baked everything and divvied everything up I realized I’d made a big mistake!
I’d forgotten to take trays of cookies to our church’s Christian school office. 🙁 Somehow I managed to leave them off our cookie list. I still had a ton of Snickers Bars available, so I baked up a few hundred of these cookies to share with the school office staff. John took them late in the day (I think it was a Wednesday). By that time most of the staff had gone home. I was notified by someone who worked in the school office that all of the trays were cleaned out before ten a.m. the next morning. She said she was lucky to snatch one up before they were all gone!
My friend raved and raved over these cookies. She said everyone was talking about them. Really, they’re that good. I made these cookies for Christmas holiday baking, but you can make them for any occasion. They’re great for potlucks, tailgating parties or even holidays. If you enjoy Snickers Crisper Bars, you’ll go crazy over these splendid cookies.
Snickers Crisper Cookies are dynamite!
If these cookies don’t float your boat, nothing will. 🙂
Each cookie is filled with loads of chopped Snickers Crisper Bars.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Soften 2 sticks of butter. (Not the 3 pictured here). Place in a large mixing bowl with sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt.
Cream ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour. Bleached flour toughens baked goods. Add chopped Snickers Crisper Bars.
Stir ingredients very thoroughly to combine.
Spray cookie sheets generously with cooking spray. Using a one-quarter cup cookie scoop, scoop dough and place several inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. (I pressed the cookie dough into the scoop so ingredients would adhere well).
Bake at 350 degrees about 13-15 minutes or until done. Rotate the cookie sheets on racks every six minutes while baking. I was baking three racks at a time. My cookies took about 18 minutes to bake completely.
Snickers Crisper Cookies are the ultimate in a chocolate cookie experience.
You’ll be licking your chops after every bite. These are so, so good.
Sit down with a glass of milk and enjoy.
These cookies are so drool-worthy!
Here’s the recipe.
