Garlic Herb Parmesan Chicken Thighs
Garlic Herb Parmesan Chicken Thighs are so easy to make since they use only 3 ingredients! I mixed up two packets of Garlic Herb Salad Dressing Mix along with Parmesan cheese in a zip lock bag. Then I dredged the chicken thigh fillets in the concoction and baked them. That’s it! The chicken was moist, delicious and incredibly easy for a week-night dinner.

We had a family over for dinner a few weeks ago and since they brought teen-age kids, I wanted to make a meal that was kid-friendly. I baked up these chicken thighs and served them some of our family favorites: Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Sweet Corn, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme Dinner Rolls, Watergate Fluff and Milky Way Chocolate Pie. Oh my! What a meal!!!
The Garlic Herb Seasoning packets are not as easy to find any more. We purchased ours online. But you can easily substitute dry Italian dressing mix if you can’t find anything with garlic and herbs. (I would add a little garlic powder to give it the proper flavor). This very simple chicken dish was succulent and so tastyl. You can use boneless chicken breasts if you desire, or a whole, cut-up chicken. The coating is enough for 10 chicken thighs (although most of the packs from the grocery store come 12 thighs to a pack). I think that will translate to about four chicken breasts and perhaps one whole cut-up chicken.
I’ve always preferred dark meat to white when it comes to chicken. Most of our marriage, I’ve purchased white meat since that’s what my husband prefers. But I like to mix it up for him every now and then and switch out chicken thighs instead. This is a terrific and easy recipe to do that.
If you’re looking for a quick and easy family recipe using chicken thighs, look no farther! Garlic Herb Parmesan Chicken Thighs are marvelous. Everyone will want seconds. They also reheat quite well if you have leftovers.
Garlic Herb Parmesan Chicken Thighs are scrumptious. Our company loved this chicken.
This is an easy and delicious dish to prepare for week night dinners.
Among other sides, I served this chicken dish with Watergate Fluff and Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme Dinner Rolls.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Combine dry garlic and herb salad dressing mix and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
Stir ingredients with a fork to combine.
Transfer mixture to a zip lock bag. Coat each piece of chicken with breading and place in a 9×13″ glass baking dish or two other dishes.
Once each chicken thigh has been coated with the topping, transfer to a baking dish.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees about 45 minutes to an hour.
Transfer chicken thighs to a meat platter to serve.
Garlic Herb Parmesan Chicken Thighs were so good served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Sweet Corn, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme Dinner Rolls, Watergate Fluff and Milky Way Chocolate Pie! Yum.
This recipe really only took about five minutes to toss together before baking. It was incredibly easy.
Our company loved this meal. The teenage boy ate 3 or 4 of the dinner rolls! Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Sweet Corn and Watergate Fluff made this one of those salivating meals everyone enjoyed.
