Back in late March, I made a meal for our worship pastor and his family after his wife gave birth to their fourth child. I made a Swiss Steak with Mushrooms, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Pineapple Casserole, Homemade Bread, this lovely salad and a Bird’s Nest Pie. They texted back that night that everything was an A+!
This Company Fruit Salad is truly a wonderful side dish for company meals, holiday meals or any kind of family get-together. The fruit and dressing work so well together. And, I assure you, EVERYONE will want seconds! Some may even prefer this fruit salad over dessert!
