Chocolate and Vanilla Chip Chocolate Cookies are amazing.
These lovely cookies are rich, decadent, and delightful.
Chocolate and Vanilla Chip Chocolate Cookies are loaded with chocolate chips and vanilla chips. They’re a great option for holiday baking.
Here’s what I did.
In a large mixing bowl, soften butter. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar and eggs. (This recipe was about 6 batches of the original recipe).
Add cocoa, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour. Bleached flour toughens baked goods. Add chocolate chips and vanilla chips.
Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. Roll mixture into balls and place on prepared cookie sheets. You may have to keep your hands moist while rolling to avoid having the dough stick to your fingers.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
Here’s a plate of Chocolate and Vanilla Chip Chocolate Cookies.

Just baking these now. The batter came together so easily, and I used the KA mixer to combine everything except the flour and chips. Thanks for the tip! What a rich, fudge-like cookie. I added chunks of a chopped Lindt white chocolate bar and Andes Crème de Menthe baking chips. Will be bookmarking this to make more for Christmas. I pulled them from the oven at eight minutes and removed from the pan after one minute of cooling. Delish!

Thanks for sharing all those tips, Paula. Your oven must be a lot faster than mine. So glad you liked the cookies.
