Gluten Free Living – 2023 Pot Roast with Sweet Potatoes and Asparagus is one of those healthy meals our family never gets tired of. This one is made in the slow cooker so it’s really easy. I cooked the roast part way before adding the remaining ingredients. The whole dinner takes about four hours from start to finish.
