Pull-Apart Herb Biscuits
Teresa Ambra
Pull-Apart Herb Biscuits are totally delectable. These miniature biscuits are like eating a savory version of Monkey Bread. They're so quick and easy to whip up, you'll find yourself making these for your family often. Excellent for company or holiday dinners too.

12 oz. can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (see note below) 6 tbsp. unsalted butter melted (divided use) 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated 1 tbsp. sesame seeds 1 tsp. garlic minced, (I used dried minced garlic) 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preheat oven to 450°.
Separate biscuits and cut into quarters.
Set aside.
Combine parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano and thyme in a mixing bowl.
Add half of the butter and stir to combine.
Add biscuit pieces and toss to coat.
Pour mixture into a round 9” glass baking dish.
Bake at 450° for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with remaining melted butter.
Remove to a serving platter and serve warm.
NOTE: It’s hard to find that size refrigerated biscuits any more. I used 15-oz. of refrigerated biscuits.
