Beef and Noodles

Teresa Ambra
Beef and Noodles is one of those comfort food meals where you can't get enough! This savory and sumptuous entree is partially cooked in the slow cooker, then the remainder is cooked on the stovetop. It's a stick-to-the-ribs meal that's mouthwatering and just what the doctor ordered on cold, winter nights when you want a hot meal to warm you up. Kid-friendly, too.

Notes

NOTE: The longer the Beef and Noodles sit out, the more liquid the noodles will absorb. You can always add additional beef broth, if necessary.
