Broccoli Au Gratin is so scrumptious. This mouthwatering casserole uses only four ingredients, including broccoli, Ritz crackers and cheddar cheese. It's an easy and irresistible combination for holiday or company dinners since it can be whipped up so quickly. If you enjoy broccoli this is a terrific side dish for any kind of entree.
10.75oz. cancondensed cream of chicken soupundiluted
1cupsharp cheddar cheeseshredded, or Monterey Jack & Colby cheese (or more if desired)
1/2 cupcrushed Ritz crackers(crush in hands or with a rolling pin)
Instructions
Microwave broccoli according to package directions; pour into a mixing bowl.
Add soup and cheese and stir to combine.
Pour broccoli mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top.
Bake about 20-30 minutes at 350°, or until casserole is cooked through and crackers are lightly browned on top.
