Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies are so scrumptious. These delightful cookies include both peanut butter chips and chocolate chips so they make traditional Oatmeal Cookie explode with delicious flavor. If you enjoy cookies around the holidays, these cookies are wonderful for holiday or tailgating parties, or bring them along to a Christmas Cookie Exchange. 1 1/2cupsrolled oats(I prefer the old-fashioned oatmeal rather than quick oats)
12oz. bagsemi-sweet chocolate chips
10oz. bagReese's peanut butter chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and salt with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in flour, oats, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips with a wooden spoon until ingredients are well incorporated.
Stir thoroughly; this may take 4-5 minutes.
Roll mixture into balls and drop onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until done.
Rotate cookie sheets on oven racks every six minutes while baking.
Cool completely.

NOTE: Rotate cookie sheets on racks every six minutes while baking.NOTE: I was baking three racks of cookies at a time. My cookies took about 18 minutes to bake completely.
