Gluten Free Peach Dump Cake Cobbler

This delicious Dump Cake takes only 5 minutes to prepare! It's a quick and easy dessert for potlucks, tailgating parties, backyard barbecues or company dinners. This is a great dessert option for family or friends who are on a gluten free diet. It's also the easiest Peach Cobbler recipe ever!

Equipment

  • 1 19x13" glass baking dish
  • measuring cups
  • 1 nut chopper if nuts are not previously chopped
  • 1 wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 17 oz. box gluten free yellow cake mix
  • 63 oz. can Lucky Leaf Premium peach pie filling (three 21-ounce cans)
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecans chopped, or walnuts
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted (2 sticks)

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9x13” pan.
  • Spoon peach pie filling into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with coconut, then pecans or walnuts.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over top.
  • Pour melted butter evenly over cake mix.
  • Bake about 45 minutes at 350° until bubbly and lightly browned on top.

Notes

NOTE: You can add a tablespoon of cinnamon sprinkled evenly over top of the peach pie filling, if desired.
