This fantastic Dairy Free Garlic Herb Bread takes only 5 minutes to prepare since it's made in the breadmaker! It's terrific for company or holiday dinners like Thanksgiving or Christmas. We like it dipped it olive oil with herbs. Perfect for any meal.
1 pastry brush to brush bread with oil after baking
1 electric knife preferred or sharp bread knife to slice bread
Ingredients
1cuphot water(110 degrees)
3tbsp.olive oilor avocado oil
3tbsp.granulated sugar
1 1/2tsp.sea salt
3cupsbread flourNOT all-purpose flour
1tsp.dried minced garlic
1tsp.dried marjoram
1tsp.dried thyme
1tsp.dried basil
1tsp.dried parsley
2tsp.bread machine yeast
Instructions
Layer ingredients in bread canister in order given.
Place on bread setting for regular white bread.
After baking remove from pan and brush with olive oil or avocado oil so the crust doesn’t harden.
Notes
NOTE: Homemade bread has no preservatives. Refrigerate after two-three days to prevent mold.NOTE: all-purpose flour does not contain the necessary gluten to bond the ingredients together as well as bread flour. The bread may turn out crumbly. For best results use bread flour.NOTE: I recommend using Fleischmann's yeast or bread machine yeast in any yeast bread recipe. Red Star yeast just doesn't work as well.
