7.5oz. containerTaylor Farms kale & beet salad mix
6oz.fresh spinach leaves
2ribscelerydiced
1/2cupmatchsticks carrots
1/2red bell pepperdiced
6oz. containerfresh raspberries
6oz. containerfresh blackberries
1cupwhole macadamia nutsplus more for garnish
1cupasiago cheeseshredded, (either Romano or parmesan can be substituted)
Healthy Lemon Poppy Seed Dressingor your favorite poppyseed dressing
Instructions
Combine kale mix and spinach in a large salad bowl.
Layer with celery, carrots, bell pepper, raspberries, blackberries, macadamia nuts and cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Toss salad before serving.
Serve each plate of salad with a dollop of Healthy Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing or your favorite poppyseed dressing.
