Nutella Blondies will rock your world. These luscious blondies have Nutella swirled on top of the bar before baking. They are terrific for any kind of party or get-together. Every bite will have you drooling and coming back for more!
Cream together butter, canola oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
Add flour and stir with a wooden spoon until very thoroughly mixed.
Press dough into an 11x17” jelly-roll style cookie sheet.
Soften Nutella in microwave about 20-30 seconds.
Drizzle Nutella over top of cookie dough in swirling patterns, or as you prefer.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.
Cool completely.
Notes
NOTE: Nutella can't be drizzled at room temperature. I put it in a small bowl and microwaved it on high about 20-30 seconds until it softened enough so that it could be spooned over top of the batter.
