It's filled with four kinds of berries, cashews and Swiss cheese. Perfect for company dinners and special occasions. Gluten free.

Equipment

  • 1 large salad bowl with tongs
  • 1 sharp knife to cut fruit
  • measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bags Butter Bliss lettuce
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 3/4 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups mangos diced
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • mango poppyseed dressing (see recipe link below)

Instructions
 

  • Place lettuce in a large salad bowl.
  • Layer cashews, berries, Swiss cheese and mangos on top.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Toss salad gently before serving.
  • Drizzle individual servings with Mango Poppyseed Dressing before serving.
