This scrumptious salad dressing is quick and easy and uses only wholesome, natural ingredients. It's a great salad dressing for tossed salads with fruit.

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 small bowl with lid to store dressing until ready to serve

Ingredients
  

  • 5.3 oz. container raspberry Greek yogurt or Icelandic yogurt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or Icelandic yogurt
  • 2/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. poppyseeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth, about 5-10 seconds.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Pour over salad just before serving.
  • Yield: 2-3 cups dressing.

Notes

NOTE: Be sure to stir the raspberry yogurt before adding to your blender.
