Blueberry Vanilla Chip Oatmeal Cookies are the ultimate in an Oatmeal Cookie dessert. These lovely cookies include vanilla chips and dried blueberries for spectacular flavor. Every bite will have you drooling! They're wonderful for Christmas Cookie Exchanges and other holiday baking. If you enjoy blueberries, you'll love them in these fantastic cookies.

1 cup unsalted butter softened 1 cup light brown sugar packed 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats 12 oz. pkg. Premier white vanilla chips 7 oz. pkg. dried blueberries (two 3.5-oz. pkgs.)
In a medium bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and salt with an electric mixer.
Stir in flour, oats, vanilla chips and dried blueberries with a wooden spoon until very well combined.
Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until done.
Rotate cookie sheets on racks every 6-7 minutes.
Cool completely.
NOTE: I was baking 5 cookie sheets at a time. Your oven may cook the cookies in considerably less time.
