Pizza Meatloaf is a delightful way to enjoy meatloaf! This tasty meatloaf recipe has an Italian pizza flair with mozzarella cheese added to the beef and a zippy spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese added on top. It's kid-friendly and terrific for weeknight dinners. It can also be made with gluten free bread crumbs if you have family members with gluten allergies.
