Parmesan Pork Chops are sensational! This delicious pork chop recipe has a wonderfully, savory seasoned coating made with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Great for company or family dinners. But certainly easy and quick enough to make for week-night dinners. Every bite will have you salivating!

Equipment

  • 1 shallow dish or plate to combine seasoned coating
  • 1 10x15" glass baking dish or roasting pan
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 to 1 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 heaping tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in shallow dish.
  • Dredge pork chops in crumb mixture.
  • Coat both sides well.
  • Spray a 10x15 glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Place pork chops in dish.
  • Sprinkle pork chops with any unused bread crumbs.
  • Drizzle each pork chop with about 1 tbsp. olive oil.
  • Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour for thin to medium pork chops and longer for thick pork chops.
