Equipment

  • 1 9x13" glass baking dish
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 nut chopper if nuts are not previously cchopped

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted (1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups fresh peaches or 1 or 2 large cans sliced peaches
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup pecans chopped (measure after chopping)

Instructions
 

  • Spray a 9x13” baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Melt butter.
  • Add flour, sugar, milk cinnamon and fresh peaches.
  • Spread mixture into prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
