Equipment

  • 1 8x12" glass baking dish
  • 1 sharp knife to cut vegetables and biscuits
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 12 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup ham cooked and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cut biscuits in quarters and lay in 8x12” baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spoon spaghetti sauce over top of biscuits.
  • Sprinkle with ham, pineapple and green pepper.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over top.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
