This tasty recipe is Greek salad on steroids, a.k.a., in a wrap! All your favorite ingredients in Greek Salad are wrapped up in spinach wraps with a delicious dressing. Amazing. Fantastic for tailgating parties or busy weekend meals.

1jarMarie’s creamy Caesar salad dressing
1headRomaine lettuceor your favorite lettuce (some softer lettuces may work better)
4-5mediumroma tomatoessliced
1cucumberpeeled and sliced
3/4green bell pepperdiced
1/3-1/2cupred oniondiced
1cupkalamata olivespitted and sliced
3/4cuppepperocinissliced
4oz. containercrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Spread Marie’s Creamy Caesar salad dressing on each wrap to the edges.
Place 3-4 lettuce leaves on each wrap.
Add sliced tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, pepperocinis, and Feta cheese in amounts you desire.
Cut down amounts if wrap becomes too bulky.
Roll up as tightly as possible and secure with long toothpicks or skewers.
Notes
NOTE: These wraps are very fragile. I recommend using either fajita size tortillas or a thicker quality wrap.NOTE: Try to leave a one-to-two-inch border around the edge of the wrap to make rolling up the wrap easier.
