2 cups crushed graham crackers 1 cup creamy peanut butter 2 cups confectioners’ sugar 1 cup unsalted butter melted (2 sticks) 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
Mix crushed graham crackers, peanut butter, sugar and 2 sticks melted butter.
Press firmly into a 9x13” greased glass casserole dish.
Melt chocolate chips and remaining butter over low heat on stovetop.
Spread on top of peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate several hours before cutting.
