Maple Poppy Seed Dressing is out of this world! This homemade salad dressing uses NO oil and NO sugar. It's made from Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, green onions, poppy seeds and salt. This tasty and delicious salad dressing is especially delicious with Tossed Salads that include fruit and/or nuts. Gluten free.

  • 1 blender

  • measuring spoons
  • 1 sharp knife to cut vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or Icelandic yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 green onion sliced

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until well blended.
  • Yields approximately 3 cups salad dressing.
