Quick, easy and tasty recipe for corn-on-the-cob. Great side dish for any entree. We like to serve it in the summer for backyard barbecues, tailgating parties or summer holidays like Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day. This recipe is gluten free.

Equipment

  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 pastry brush
  • 1 pair tongs to handle the hot corn-on-the-cob
  • corn holders or grippers to insert in the ends of corn to serve

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 ears fresh corn-on-the-cob shucked

Instructions
 

  • Mix butter in a small measuring cup; add seasonings and stir to combine.
  • Spread evenly over corn.
  • Wrap tightly in foil.
  • Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes, turning over once during baking.
