Equipment

  • 1 8x12" glass baking dish or 9x9" glass baking dish
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • measuring spoons
  • measuring cups
  • 1 small knife to cut vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1/2 small onion chopped, about 1/2 cup
  • 2-3 tbsp. 2% milk
  • 2 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley for garnish, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together (except parsley) and pour into a greased 8x12" baking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
  • Let sit for about 15 minutes to set.
  • Garnish with parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

NOTE: You can also bake in a greased 9x9" baking dish.
