Scalloped Corn is savory, tasty and mouthwatering. This quick and easy side dish for corn has a wonderful, sumptuous flavor and delightful texture. Great for holiday menus or family or company dinners.

2 cans creamed corn 1/2 small onion chopped, about 1/2 cup 2-3 tbsp. 2% milk 2 large eggs slightly beaten 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley for garnish, if desired
Mix all together (except parsley) and pour into a greased 8x12" baking dish.
Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
Let sit for about 15 minutes to set.
Garnish with parsley, if desired, before serving.
NOTE: You can also bake in a greased 9x9" baking dish.
