Creme de Menthe Chunk Cookies are absolutely sensational! This delicious cookie is filled with Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips for spectacular chocolaty and minty flavors! It's perfect for holiday baking and tailgating parties. You'll be swooning from the first bite!

Equipment

  • 2 large sheet pans
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • measuring spoons
  • measuring cups
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 10 oz. pkg. Andes Crème de Menthe Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and eggs with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Stir in Crème de Menthe baking chips and flour.
  • Chill approximately one hour in refrigerator.
  • Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350˚ for approximately 12-15 minutes or until done.
  • Rotate cookie sheets on oven racks every six minutes of baking time.
  • Cool in pans for two minutes before removing to wire racks.

NOTE: Preparation time does not include time required to chill the dough.
