Healthy Cranberry Raspberry Salad Dressing

Healthy and delicious gluten free salad dressing that's so quickly and easy because it only has five ingredients! No oil, sugar, MSG or high fructose corn syrup.

Equipment

  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 blender
  • 1 bowl with lid or mason jar with lid to store the salad dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 to 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Concord Grape Juice or other cranberry juice blend
  • 6 oz. ctn. fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix about 10-15 seconds until well pureed.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Makes about 3 cups.

Notes

NOTE: I used ¾ cup honey, but if you like a sweeter salad dressing, than increase this to 1 cup. You can also substitute sugar, but start with lower amounts first, since sugar is sweeter than honey.
