Baked Turkey Cutlet Parmesan is marvelous for week night or company dinners. This lovely main dish uses sliced turkey cutlets breaded with Italian bread crumbs, seasonings and parmesan cheese. It's oven ready in about 5 minutes and a terrific entree that your family is sure to enjoy.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in shallow dish.
Dip turkey cutlets in crumb mixture.
Coat both sides well.
Spray baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
Place cutlets in a large 10x15” glass baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake, uncovered, for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

NOTE: This recipe is usually used for boneless chicken breasts, but it is also a good breading for pork, fish and vegetables. If you want to use butter, melt it in the baking dish and dredge both sides of the meat in the butter.NOTE: Halve this recipe for 4-5 servings.NOTE: The time is only a guide. Some thinly sliced turkey cutlets may take shorter to cook, while thicker cuts may take an hour or so.
