Cherry Breakfast Cobbler is so drool-worthy! This is the most amazing breakfast cobbler/coffee-cake you'll ever taste. This recipe is so easy because it starts with a cake mix and cherry pie filling!

Equipment

  • 1 9x13" glass baking dish
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 pastry blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2/3 cup water or milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling any fruit flavor will work
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter cold
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. 2% milk

Instructions
 

  • Stir 1 ½ cups cake mix into 2/3 cup milk and eggs.
  • Spray a 9x13" glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spoon into a prepared baking dish and top with filling.
  • Cut butter into remaining cake mix and sprinkle over filling.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Combine powdered sugar and milk in a small mixing bowl with a whisk.
  • Allow cake to cool before drizzling with powdered sugar mixture.

Notes

NOTE: This breakfast cobbler is also good with blueberries, pumpkin, apple cranberry, strawberries, or peaches.
