Notes

NOTE: Preparation time does not include time required to chill dough.

NOTE: My cookies actually took longer to bake than 15 minutes because I was cooking multiple racks at one time.

NOTE: Rotate racks of cookies every six minutes while baking.

NOTE: Try not to spread too much marshmallow creme on the cookies. These are NOT whoopie pies. The cookies will turn into a gooey mess if you add too much marshmallow creme.

NOTE: This cookie requires REAL white chocolate chips, NOT vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips. Those chips have no cocoa in the ingredients so they are not white chocolate chips. In the Dallas Metroplex the only stores that carry true white chocolate chips are Kroger and Trader Joe's.
