Garlic Herb Parmesan Chicken Thighs is savory and delectable. This incredibly easy three-ingredient recipe is perfect for week night dinners when you're short on time. The dish can be oven ready in five minutes and is terrific for family or company dinners when you're trying to pull together a large meal with multiple sides. It's also a delicious way to use chicken thighs as a main course.
1 9x13" glass baking dish or 10x15" glass baking dish (or use two smaller dishes)
1 zip lock bag
1 fork
1 small mixing bowl
measuring cups
1 spatula
Ingredients
10chicken thighsboneless, skinless
2pkts.Good Seasons Garlic and Herb Salad Dressing Mixor substitute Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1cupParmesan cheesegrated (from a can)
Instructions
In a zip-lock bag, combine Parmesan cheese and dry salad dressing mix.
Add the chicken thigh filets one at a time and shake to coat well.
Place chicken pieces in a greased 9x13" or 10x15” baking dish or two round 9-inch tart pans.
Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes to one hour, until chicken juices run clear.
Larger thighs may take longer to cook.
Notes
NOTE: If you cannot find the Garlic and Herb salad dressing mix, you can substitute Italian salad dressing mix, plus ½ teaspoon garlic powder.NOTE: This recipe works best with grated Parmesan cheese in a can.
