Three Meat Chili

Teresa Ambra
Three Meat Chili is a thick and chunky chili that's filled with Ground Turkey, Ground Beef and Italian Sausage. It also includes both Red Beans and Pinto Beans along with jalapeño peppers and diced green chiles to give it a little heat. It's great topped with sliced avocado, Cheddar cheese, Tortilla Strips and sour cream. It reheats well making it especially good for lunches throughout the week. This scrumptious entree is wonderful served with homemade rolls or cornbread. Gluten free.

  • Then add seasonings.

  • Check seasonings.
  • Add more, if desired.
  • Serve chili garnished with sour cream, Cheddar cheese, tortilla chips or strips, cilantro and avocado if desired.

Notes

NOTE: Be sure to use gloves when seeding and dicing the jalapeno pepper. Also be careful not to touch your face, especially your eyes, nose or mouth while chopping. Wash hands thoroughly after chopping the peppers before moving to the next step in the recipe.
