Parmesan Chicken Thigh Bake
Teresa Ambra
Parmesan Chicken Thigh Bake is a fantastic entree for week-night dinners since it can be oven-ready in about 5 minutes. The savory coating includes Parmesan Cheese, parsley, thyme and lemon pepper. It's lip-smacking good and versatile enough to serve for family or company dinners. It's great for potlucks, too, using either chicken thighs, wings or legs. Healthy, low calorie and gluten free.
