Baby Ruth Chocolate Pie

Baby Ruth Chocolate Pie is outrageously good. This amazing 5-ingredient dessert is packed with chocolaty flavor, but includes the additional of Baby Ruth candy bars. The pie is filled with peanuts, chocolate and caramel nougat. It's irresistible, rich, decadent and sublime! Every bite will have you swooning. This terrific dessert is perfect for holiday parties or company dinners. It's so good, be prepared to make two, so everyone can have seconds.

10.8 oz. pkg. Baby Ruth Candy Bars 1 1/2 cups half-and-half 5.85 oz. box instant chocolate pudding (dry) 8 oz. container cool whip or other non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed 9 inch chocolate crumb crust
Set aside eight of the Baby Ruth Bars.
Coarsely chop 13 Baby Ruth bars; reserve one-quarter cup for topping .
Set aside.
Combine pudding with half and half and whisk vigorously for two minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip topping.
Stir in the chopped Baby Ruth bars.
Pour chocolate mixture into chocolate crust.
Place the eight Baby Ruth bars evenly around the edge of the pie.
Sprinkle reserved ¼ cup of coarsely chopped Baby Ruth bars on top of pie.
Freeze for 6-8 hours before serving.
Remove from freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving.
NOTE: This recipe will not work in an eight-inch chocolate crumb crust. It needs a 9-inch chocolate crumb crust.
