Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in shallow dish.
Dip turkey cutlets in crumb mixture.
Coat both sides well.
Spray baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
Place cutlets in a large 10x15” glass baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake, uncovered, for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

NOTE: This recipe is usually used for boneless chicken breasts, but it is also a good breading for pork, fish and vegetables. If you want to use butter, melt it in the baking dish and dredge both sides of the meat in the butter.NOTE: Halve this recipe for 4-5 servings.NOTE: The time is only a guide. Some thinly sliced turkey cutlets may take shorter to cook, while thicker cuts may take an hour or so.
